These Terms of Service apply to xaell.com and related pages operated for XÆL·L music, NextWave, releases, downloads, and creator updates. By using the site, you agree to use it respectfully and legally.
Use of the Site
You may browse the site, play available audio, share public links, and download files that are intentionally offered for download. You may not misuse the site, attempt to break it, scrape it abusively, impersonate others, or use it for spam, harassment, or illegal activity.
Music, Artwork, and Content
Music, artwork, logos, videos, writing, and other creative materials on the site belong to their respective creators or rights holders. Unless a file is clearly provided for download or sharing, no rights are granted beyond viewing, listening, and normal personal use.
Music and Download License
XÆL·L is based in Canada, and these terms are intended to protect the music and related creative work in Canada and wherever the site is accessed. Downloadable tracks, collections, ZIP files, previews, artwork, and other files from xaell.com are provided by XÆL·L under a limited, personal-use permission only. You may download and listen privately for personal enjoyment. Downloading a file does not transfer ownership, copyright, master rights, publishing rights, artwork rights, trademark rights, or any other rights to you.
Unless XÆL·L gives you direct written permission first, you may not sell, re-sell, re-upload, redistribute, mirror, package, register, claim, monetize, sublicense, broadcast, publicly perform, or use downloaded materials for commercial, promotional, sync, advertising, or platform-upload purposes.
Downloads are not open source, royalty-free packs, sample packs, stem packs, remix packs, training data, or open-collab files. You may not remix, sample, edit, stem-split, dissect, reverse engineer, extract elements from, train AI systems or datasets on, or create derivative works from any downloaded music, audio, artwork, video, logo, or site material without direct written permission from XÆL·L.
If you want to collaborate, remix, license, feature, react publicly, use the music in content, or make any use beyond private listening, contact XÆL·L first at i.am.xael.l@gmail.com. If you do not agree to these download terms, do not download or use the files.
NextWave and Submissions
NextWave information, round structure, artist highlights, competitions, submissions, and prizes may change as the project develops. Submitting music, media, or creator information does not guarantee selection, placement, promotion, or a prize unless confirmed directly by XÆL·L.
Third-Party Links
The site may link to social, streaming, payment, community, and music platforms. XÆL·L is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their policies, or content outside xaell.com.
No Warranty
The site is provided as-is. XÆL·L tries to keep the site accurate and available, but does not guarantee that every page, file, link, feature, or release detail will always be current, uninterrupted, or error-free.
